And I always wanted to know what makes them tick.\u201c Christiane Redlefsen worked independently in the area of \u200b\u200bhuman resources and organizational development with the company Redlefsen Projektberatung for 25 years before founding Acting Business Management Coaching in 2009 and registering the ACTINGBUSINESS brand with a new logo \u00ae in 2017.<br \/>\nWhen theater teacher Dieter Langlo told her about his work as a clown in 2003, she was immediately fascinated. This condensation of an entire life into a short moment of deep expression &#8211; serious and at the same time funny, exaggerated and yet so close to reality &#8211; she wanted to integrate this dynamic into her training and coaching.<br \/>\nThis is how the first joint workshops were created with titles such as &#8216;Humor at work&#8217;, &#8216;Presenting lively&#8217; and &#8216;Hard but warm&#8217;. The participants were enthusiastic and wanted more, the foundation for the interactive concept of Actingbusiness was laid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dreispaltig\">\n<h2>ACTINGBUSINESS<\/h2>\n<h3>Geschichte einer Inspiration<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim was to develop a unique offer for our customers with an interdisciplinary team of coaches, directors, actors and actresses, voice trainers and screenwriters. The concept: To bring out your hidden talents in scenes and exercises and to create scope for the expression of your individual personality.<br \/>\nOur concern: promote authenticity, let potential shine, develop scope for action.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dreispaltig_ende\">\n<div class=\"post-thumbnail\"><img width=\"259\" height=\"273\" src=\"https:\/\/actingbusiness.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/stephan-schill-1.jpg\" class=\"attachment-twentyfourteen-full-width size-twentyfourteen-full-width wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stephan Schill has taken over the management of the company since November 2022. Together with the tried and tested team and tailor-made concepts, he trustingly and purposefully offers customers and clients of Acting Business a solution for their professional challenges in presentation, communication, teamwork and leadership tasks. He combines modules from professional acting lessons with systemic coaching for the holistic development of personality and business performance. Formats are dynamic and experience-oriented coaching and action-packed, practice-oriented workshops. The idea: Learn from sustainable experiences and implement and further develop them in everyday professional life.
