People fascinate me. And I have always wanted to know what motivates them. That is why I decided to pursue a 3-year training in “Systemic Coaching” at the Institute for Systemic Studies in Hamburg after completing my degrees in psychology and sociology.
For the past 25 years I have been self-employed with Redlefsen Project Consultation in the field of personal and organizational development.
In 2009 the spin-off company Acting Business Management Coaching was founded and in 2017 the brand ACTINGBUSINESS was registered with the new logo ®.
Company history
When theater instructor Dieter Langlo told me about his work as a clown in 2003 I was immediately fascinated. The condensing of an entire life into one brief moment of deep expression – serious and simultaneously humorous, exaggerated and yet so connected to reality – I wanted to integrate this dynamic into my coaching.
Our participants were enthusiastic. They wanted more.
The Cross-Discipline Concept
With ACTINGBUSINESS, my team and I now offer a unique concept for our customers: Coaches and directors, actors and actresses, voice trainers and dramatists – we all invite you to join us in our rehearsal spaces. Working with scenes and exercises, we bring forth your hidden talents and open up spaces to express your individual personality. The result is a successfull performance in projects as well as in front of a large audience.
